Minor revisions are included as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5280 IT Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed and approved expenses up to the date of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
